With our furniture not being able to be delivered to us anytime soon we took the opportunity to get out and see the city a little. This was my first time downtown. I am so glad we took this picture then because now the National Mall looks completely different with all the restoration going on.

We have really been spoiled being able to visit the National History Museum whenever we want. This is by far the kids favorite.

Although they don't look too enthused here.

Finally our stuff came!! Best part of a house full of boxes...hiding around them and in them.

I wore Tommy that whole day. No way he would let me even hold him that long now. Sweet Baby Boy!

Shortly after our stuff arrived our last Baby turned one! It really is crazy to think that when Payson turned one we already had Tommy on the way. No wonder that time in our life seems like such a blur.

We headed down to Virginia Beach for a weekend to visit with our friends the Dermody's and the Grimm's. Between us we have a total of 10 kids.

The kids had a great time playing together. So much so that the adults were even able to relax and have a good time.

About two weeks after Tommy's actual Birthday we finally did his cake smash.

He is the first of my kids to actually eat his cake.

There was no need to show him what to do he was all in!

Then all his sisters had fun helping him finish it off.
