She really didn't quite know how she felt about it for some reason. Maybe the whole family cheering her on was too much pressure.
In the end she was more fascinated with the icing and getting it everywhere, than actually eating the cupcake. Now almost three months later, I am happy to report she has definitely figured out that you eat the sweets not just play with them.
