Finally!!

We found a house. We will be living in Selfkant-Stein, Germany. The house we originally thought we wanted fell through yesterday and we kind of panicked. But everything worked out and we got this great house that we had looked at before but hadn't been able to get inside because the landlord was on holiday (that is how they say vacation I love that) until yesterday.

It is such a cute house and even has a closet or two which is rare. It also has carpets in the bedrooms which is even rarer here. There is also a park with a playground across the street for the girls. And we have already met a lot of our neighbors because we basically stalked the place trying to find out how to get in touch with the land lord. Houses here go very quickly and we knew that we wanted this place so we wanted to be the first person to get in touch with him when he got back from his holiday.

So we are still going to be living in the Hotel for about another 2 weeks which is fine. Our stuff isn't here yet and he is completing a couple of projects on the house before we move in. We are just so happy to have our house picked out and that part done with. Now I really need to start studying for my driving test. I have no excuse.
